Can I cancel, upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your account at any time and your account will become inactive after 30 days. Your monthly pricing tier is based on the number of contacts you have in your account. If you add contacts or remove contacts that would cause your account to shift to a higher or lower tier, the system will adjust billing based on your current tier.

When do I pay?

Near the end of your 30 day free trial, you will receive an email asking you to pay to continue using Response Wise. At this time, you can sign up or you can choose to let your account get automatically cancelled once your 30 day trial expires. If you decide to continue using Response Wise, you will need to add billing information under the My Account section in your account. Your tier will automatically be selected based on the number of contacts you have imported.(Of course if you are using the free version, you won’t have to pay anything).

Which methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards:, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Please email to arrange an alternative payment method. We can issue you with an invoice and accept payment via Bank Transfer. This option is only available for Annual subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions have to be processed via Credit Card.

Do I pay monthly or annually?

Your credit card will be charged automatically every month, 30 days from the day you sign up. Again, you can cancel at any time. If you prefer to pay annually offline, you can contact us and we will be happy to help. There are not any cancellation or other hidden fees!

Why are you giving us 30 days free?

We would like for you to take an opportunity to review and get familiar with the Response Wise system and support.

What if I just paid and decide to upgrade to a higher plan?

No problem. Simply import as many contacts as you want and the system will automatically move you to the next tier. The system will calculate the difference owed for that month and you will be billed the difference.

Do you offer discounts to non-profit organizations or educational bodies?

Yes we have been known to. We deal with each case individually depending on the type of organization. Please contact outlining the type of organization you are and we would be happy to help you.
