Can I cancel, upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your account at any time and your account will become inactive after 15 days. Your monthly pricing tier is based on the number of users you have active. If you add users or remove users, that would then affect your monthly pricing for the next billing cycle.
When do I pay?
Near the end of your 15-day free trial, you will receive an email asking you to pay to continue using Response Wise CRM. At this time, you can sign up or you can choose to let your account be automatically cancelled once your free trial expires. If you decide to continue using Response Wise CRM, you will be prompted on where to add your billing information.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange an alternative payment method. We can issue you with an invoice and accept payment via Bank Transfer. This option is only available for Annual subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions must be processed via Credit Card.
Do I pay monthly or annually?
Your credit card will be charged automatically every month, 30 days from the day you sign up. You can cancel at any time. If you prefer to pay annually you can contact us and we will be happy to help. There are not any cancellation or other hidden fees!
Why are you giving us 15 days free?
We would like for you to take an opportunity to review and become familiar with the Response Wise CRM system and our excellent support.
Can I pay for the year in advance and get a discount?
Yes, we typically offer a 10% discount when paying for a year in advance. If you would like to pay in advance, please reach out to your Response Wise representative or email email@example.com.
Do you offer discounts to non-profit organizations or educational bodies?
Yes we have been known to. We deal with each case individually depending on the type of organization. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org outlining the type of organization you are and we would be happy to help you.
